About Lupin Kitchens...

Lupin Kitchens was founded by two brothers, Simon and Dave House, who each have over 35 years of experience in the kitchen industry. Having witnessed a steady increase in kitchen prices over the years, they set out to provide high-quality kitchens at accessible prices, fully assembled, delivered directly to your door.

By gathering a couple of plans and quotes from elsewhere, you'll gain a clear understanding of current market prices.  We're confident that when you come to us last, you'll see for yourself the incredible value we offer in our quality and price!  We want to win your business by giving you the best deal we possibly can. We can review your plans

Drawing on our experience, we are able to review plans and identify instances where unnecessary panels or components may have been included. In many cases, these can be replaced with more efficient, made-to-measure alternatives—significantly reducing costs. This reflects our commitment to a more thoughtful and cost-effective approach: we only supply the components that are truly necessary. 

Timescale

Should you choose to place an order with us, your kitchen will be entirely custom-made and hand-built for you. As a result, our normal delivery time ranges from 4 to 6 weeks from the time of order. Please note that our delivery service is to ground floor level only, and we currently only offer our delivery service on the Isle of Wight.

Installation

Our supply-only, fully assembled kitchens are ideal for DIY enthusiasts or for installation by your trusted fitter. While we do not provide a fitting service ourselves, we are pleased to recommend a selection of reputable local fitters with whom we work closely. Our recommended fitters are happy to engage with you early in the process, provide a detailed installation quote, and carry out any necessary site surveys to ensure your new kitchen fits perfectly. 

Important Information About Our Trading Terms

 Every kitchen we create is fully bespoke, designed specifically for you in your preferred door style, colour finish, and layout. We believe it’s important that you know exactly what to expect when you choose a Lupin Kitchen. That’s why we document every detail and take the time to review everything with you — ensuring you are completely satisfied with your selections before your order is placed. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it proceeds directly to production and, due to its bespoke nature, cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Our payment terms are 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the remaining balance due the day before delivery.  We operate without costly showrooms, bringing product samples directly to you instead. This streamlined business model keeps our overheads low and our cash flow positive, allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers and provide high-quality, custom kitchens at the most competitive prices.

You don’t have to spend hours searching through a pile of components and trying to work out how it all goes together. We do as much as we possibly can for you, so you don't have to. You can start fitting straight away, the day your kitchen units are delivered! We save you time, and your time is precious.

Stainless Steel Soft Close Hinges as standard

Our 110° standard hinges are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring they remain rust-free even in damp environments. Take a look under your current sink unit—are your existing hinges showing signs of rust? With our hinges, that’s one problem you won’t have to worry about. 

Custom Made Special Size Units

We can offer fully custom unit sizes to meet your exact requirements. Whether you need a unit that is 650 mm wide, 250 mm wide, or any other specific dimension, we can manufacture it for you. Please note that custom-made units typically incur an additional cost of approximately 20% for the bespoke service. However, the ability to have a unit tailored precisely to your space is an outstanding benefit. 

Exact size panels

In many cases, we can significantly reduce costs on panels and infills. All of our panels and infills are custom-made to order, allowing you to avoid purchasing costly full-sized décor panels when smaller, made-to-measure panels can achieve the same result. Simply share your layout with us, and we’ll recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution for your project. 

Soft Close Solid Drawer Boxes

All of our drawer boxes are solid construction and come equipped with premium soft-close runners as standard, ensuring a smooth and quiet closing action every time. We’d be happy to demonstrate the quality in person during a visit.

Our Worktops

 We offer an extensive selection of laminated worktops. The names here showcase a variety of reputable brands, each providing a wide range of finishes to suit different styles and preferences. We encourage you to visit the manufacturers’ websites for a closer look at their full collections and to gather inspiration for your new kitchen. In addition, we carry sample swatches for all available worktops and will bring these along during our visit, allowing you to see and feel the finishes in person to ensure they meet your expectations.
